DELIVERIES
TRUSCIA delivered directly to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Ordered goods travel at the risk of completely therefore TRUSCIA-Azienda Agricola Venturi di d Maria.
- Nationwide deliveries are made within 2-3 days.
- Deliveries abroad takes place within 3-14 days.
In case of damaged goods, the customer has the right to request the replacement or refund amount for cost of goods.
The request must be made by writing to the address mimmo.venturi@truscia.it not later than 14 working days after delivery of the goods.
MARKING SERVICE
Marking service: 2%, minimum €3.00 (Whether cash, max: €2,999.99).
RETURN STOCK
Valet storage: €5.16 (includes 10 days of deposit) every 100 kg.
Change port (after departure): €10.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree N° 206 and subsequent 9/6/05 has the right to cancel the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to TRUSCIA-Azienda Agricola Venturi di d Mary, calling the number of Phone + 39 0968 79840 or writing to mimmo.venturi@truscia.it.

For shipments abroad of purchases over € 200, a DISCOUNT of € 15 is available to all customers.
For orders worth 200 euros or more, FREE SHIPPING IN ITALY.
Exceptions are areas with increased shipping costs:

- Sardinia
- Venice
- Smaller islands
For shipments to destinations on the list, Truscia offers a DISCOUNT of € 15.
