Terms and conditions of use
PAYMENTS
Prices shown on the website www.truscia.it are valid for Italy and abroad including incl., containers and packaging.
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight and the country of dispatch.
Payment can be made:
- Upon delivery of the goods: cash or cash transfer.
- Using credit cards and PayPal.
- In advance through transfer (you will find the bank details, contact us at mimmo.venturi@truscia.it)
The customer receives an invoice corresponding to your order along with the delivery of the goods.
You can also request to receive your invoice electronically.
DELIVERIES
TRUSCIA delivered directly to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Ordered goods travel at the risk of completely therefore TRUSCIA-Azienda Agricola Venturi di d Maria.
- Nationwide deliveries are made within 2-3 days.
- Deliveries abroad takes place within 3-14 days.
In case of damaged goods, the customer has the right to request the replacement or refund amount for cost of goods.
The request must be made by writing to the address mimmo.venturi@truscia.it not later than 14 working days after delivery of the goods.
MARKING SERVICE
Marking service: 2%, minimum €3.00 (Whether cash, max: €2,999.99).
RETURN STOCK
Valet storage: €5.16 (includes 10 days of deposit) every 100 kg.
Change port (after departure): €10.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree N° 206 and subsequent 9/6/05 has the right to cancel the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to TRUSCIA-Azienda Agricola Venturi di d Mary, calling the number of Phone + 39 0968 79840 or writing to mimmo.venturi@truscia.it.

** For shipments to Switzerland an additional charge of €60 due to the cost of customs operations.
For goods intended for Italy, shipping costs apply as follows:

* For goods destined to Sardinia, to Venice and the Islands shall apply the following shipping costs:

For any report, complaint or request for information by contacting the address: mimmo.venturi@truscia.it quoting the order number assigned to the conclusion of the order confirmation sent by e-mail.

PROTECTION OF MINORS
Minors under 18 years old are not allowed, unless they are supervised by an adult, to transmit orders via our order form e-commerce.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
If the products ordered are temporarily unavailable, TRUSCIA-Azienda Agricola Venturi di d Maria will promptly inform the customer, without prejudice to the right of the latter to renounce the order.
